We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our platform.

You agree to indemnify seolinkbuildings.com from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Website
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law

Publishers must keep completed placements live as agreed. If a completed article or link is removed, advertisers may report it within the stated window. When we uphold such a dispute, we may refund the advertiser, claw back the publisher payout from their wallet, and if funds were already withdrawn, record a debt that blocks further withdrawals until resolved.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website means acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may verify, unverify, activate, or deactivate a website listing to protect advertisers and the integrity of the marketplace. Grounds include, without limitation:

• Misleading metrics, spam, or low-quality content
• Prohibited niches or policy violations
• Fraud, abuse, or other risk to users
• Failure to meet our quality or compliance standards

When we reject or deactivate a listing, we will provide a reason through your account notifications and/or email so you understand the decision. You may contact support if you believe the action was taken in error. We may update or remove listings that no longer meet our standards.

At a publisher’s request, Seolinkbuildings staff (including marketing/operations) may create a draft website listing on that publisher’s account. The following rules apply:

• Staff-assisted listing: a staff-created listing is a draft invite. It is not live in the public catalog until the publisher accepts it in My Sites and staff later activate it under our normal catalog rules.
• Accept means authorization to manage the listing on Seolinkbuildings under the publisher’s account. Accepting is not proof of legal website ownership or control.
• Ownership / Verified badge: only our TXT file verification (or an approved Claim flow) establishes ownership for the Verified badge. Accepting a staff-created listing does not grant Verified status. We may freeze or deactivate a listing during ownership or integrity disputes.
• Accuracy: after accept, the publisher is responsible for metrics, price, niches, description, and other listing content. Staff entries are onboarding assistance only and are not a warranty of accuracy or ranking outcomes.
• Misrepresentation: wrongful accept, listing a site without rights, or selling placements without authority may result in suspension, listing removal, order cancellation, wallet clawbacks, and other remedies allowed under these Terms.
• Privacy: staff may process account and site data only to fulfill onboarding support and marketplace operations, on a need-to-know basis, as described in our Privacy Policy (including retention of assign/accept logs for up to 24 months for disputes).
• Removal: publishers may decline invites (which removes the draft). We may remove unaccepted, abandoned, contested, or fraudulent listings without prior notice where needed to protect users or the marketplace.

These rules sit alongside our general Publisher listings moderation rights. Catalog Activate/Deactivate and Verified status remain separate platform decisions.
