When our operations or marketing staff help create a website listing for a publisher at that publisher’s request, we may process account and site data (such as account name, email, website URL, metrics, niches, pricing, and related listing details) only to fulfill onboarding support and marketplace operations.

• Access is limited to staff who need it for onboarding support (need-to-know).
• We do not share this data outside our operations team except with processors who help run the platform (hosting, email) or where law requires disclosure.
• A draft listing created by staff is not made live in the catalog until the publisher accepts it in their account.
• Publishers may decline an invite; declining removes that draft listing from their account.
