Refund Policy
How wallet credits, disputes, deposits, and promotional bonuses work on SEOLinkBuildings.

Marketplace orders
When you place an order, funds are reserved from your EUR wallet, or captured on card or PayPal at checkout. If a publisher cannot deliver as agreed, rejects the order, or a pre-completion case is upheld after review, wallet and card orders return as wallet credit you can spend on another placement. PayPal checkout refunds return to the PayPal account that paid. Before approval, use order chat to request a revision while funds stay reserved.
Promotional bonus (€20 welcome credit)
New advertisers receive €20 promotional welcome credit. Bonus credit is spend-only: it cannot be withdrawn and is not refundable as cash. If an order that used bonus is cancelled or a dispute is upheld, the bonus portion returns to your bonus balance (still spend-only); paid wallet balance returns as normal spendable credit.
Managed packages
Managed Digital PR packages are scoped in writing. Refunds depend on delivery milestones agreed with our team for that package.
How to request a review
For an open order, use the order conversation (chat) with the order ID and what went wrong. For a completed placement whose live link was removed, report it from that order in your account within the dispute window below. You can also contact support via the Contact page or email. We review cases and aim to resolve disputes fairly.
Post-completion link removal
Publishers must keep completed placements live as agreed. If a completed link or article is removed, you may report it from the order within 30 days of completion. Only completed orders can use this path, and only one open or upheld dispute applies per order item. When we uphold the dispute, wallet and card orders return as advertiser wallet credit; PayPal checkout refunds return to the PayPal account that paid. We also claw back the publisher payout. If the publisher has already withdrawn those funds, we record a debt and block further publisher withdrawals until it is settled. After the 72-hour auto-approve window, “I changed my mind” is not a refund ground — the link-removal dispute path above applies when the live placement is removed.
Publisher listing decisions
Rejecting or deactivating a publisher website listing does not by itself create a cash refund of completed orders. Order disputes and wallet credits follow the marketplace order rules above. When we reject or deactivate a listing, we provide a reason through email and/or account notifications.
How payments are handled
All balances are held in euros. You can pay a placement at checkout with wallet, card (Stripe), or PayPal, or top up the wallet first — by card, PayPal, or bank/Wise/crypto transfer once we confirm receipt. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. At checkout a wallet payment is reserved, not paid out immediately: the publisher is credited only after you approve the live URL, or automatically 72 hours after they submit it if you do not respond or ask for changes. If an order is cancelled or a dispute is upheld, wallet and card money returns to your wallet as credit; PayPal checkout refunds return to PayPal.
Publisher clawbacks and payouts
When a link-removal dispute is upheld, the related publisher payout is clawed back from their publisher wallet. If those funds were already withdrawn, a debt is recorded and further withdrawals stay blocked until settled. Publishers set their own site prices; payout mechanics are described on Become a publisher.
Wallet deposits and unused balance
Advertiser wallet top-ups are intended to pay for marketplace placements. Unused paid balance is spendable credit in your account; it is not a guaranteed cash-out or automatic Stripe/bank refund. Promotional bonus cannot be withdrawn. Case-by-case deposit questions can be raised via Contact or support email — we do not promise automatic card refunds of unused top-ups.
